How do I Get started?

Send Joselynne an email! We work in a “choose your own adventure” format. ZOOM CLASSES, ONE on ONE, or group classes at some of the local studios. For ZOOM your camera can be ON or OFF, but this helps to correct form and alignment which sets these types of classes apart from an app or video workout. If you want to pop on and just watch a workout before you commit that’s fine! Come join us and see what our groups are all about!

How Many Days a Week work best?

This is different for everyone. Ideally 3x a week is a great way to stay consistent and attain goals. There are plenty of people that “work out” once or twice a week and have a healthy lifestyle that works for them. Some clients choose to do a ZOOM class and a private during the week and then DIY for the 3rd day. Plenty of clients have private sessions 3x weekly and others are fine with 2. This is a great conversation to have. We will map out a plan that fits into your schedule without stress!

What equipment do I need?

If you wanted to start TOMORROW you can just show up as you are….a yoga mat is helpful. You can go to the AMAZON PICKS to order light dumbbells, a mini rubber band, a mat, and some gliders. These are the most used pieces. Most commonly you will need a set of 3s and 5s along with a heavier set of 10s. Joselynne offers alternatives if we are using equipment that not everyone has. But having some equipment is helpful.

Do you offer nutritional support?

Yes, the style of “programming” as a nutritional coach has changed drastically over the years. I can be as hands-on as you would like. Mostly, we work together to create guidelines to follow. There are no products or intense restrictions. These programs are designed to enhance your life, by just tweaking what you are already doing. Changes happen over time….and our time together will evolve and get you to where you want to be.
