WELCOME TO JOSELYNNE LANE.

I’m Joselynne Lane Boschen. Mom to 6-year-old Sawyer Grace, Trainer, yoga instructor, Pilates reformer addict and multi-decade veteran of the fitness industry.

In the early 2000s, I was at the forefront of the boutique fitness explosion when I opened my first studio, ALPHA VENICE with NIKE WOMEN.  ALPHA ABS was created, a virtual workout on the NTC APP long before there were a zillion fitness apps and options. Starting my career with companies such as Power Plate & TRX, I was challenged with learning new and innovative techniques. To be on the team of NIKE MASTER TRAINER at the peak of the NIKE TRAINING CLUB, NTC live experiences happening all over the world, was an incredible honor.

With everything that I have learned along the way, I wanted to build a community-based platform to share my knowledge; to motivate, inspire and help people everywhere take small steps to make big changes to their overall health and wellness.

With the birth of my daughter and the decision to be closer to my parents, I moved down to Alpharetta, GA where a new journey began.  This has been an expansive time where I’ve been on my mat deepening my yoga practice and learning more about Pilates and combined with the reformer how it can and will change your life.

Now that I’ve put in the time, paid my dues in the industry, and became a mom it feels like the perfect time to bring the collective knowledge to your fingertips. Listen, NOTHING HAS TO BE TOO SERIOUS. At this point, you’ve probably received tons of info to make healthy changes in your life. But, what steps do you still need to take to get where you really want to be? I’ve got you.

I began my Gluten-Free lifestyle in my early 20s.  After realizing that I would not be able to live life without baked goods, ALPHA SWEETS was created. I started out inviting friends and clients to community tasting parties in Santa Monica, CA.  Things took off organically as orders starting coming in for CHEAT DAY TREATS.  I went on to self-publish my first book of baking recipes through AMAZON and by 2014 this passion blossomed into a brick-and-mortar location in Towaco, NJ called ALPHA ORGANICS CAFE along with the second installation of my functional training studios called ALPHA SPORT EAST. As far as food goes - knowing that our insides are more important than our outsides is an essential component of the Joselynne Lane ethos.

Let’s work together to structure a plan that works for you.  Health-related goals do not need to be about a size, a number, or anything other than a feeling. Since I have become a mom my priorities have shifted as well as my mindset.  I am in a different stage of life and realize that so are A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE.  Why wouldn’t I document my wellness journey? Our bodies are magnificent and will take us a long way, but we need to take care of them, and be kind to ourselves.

One of the biggest keys to success is shifting your mindset to make yourself a priority.  Structuring and planning out your days in a way that will become habitual.  Go on a journey of realization where everything you need you already have. Center yourself, tap into an awareness of your body and your thoughts.  Make the conscious effort to do right by yourself with every choice you make throughout the day and your life with change in unimaginable ways.

I’m here for YOU.

Joselynne Lane is the place to get workouts, recipes, workout gear feedback, style tips for you and your kid as well as motivation to inspire you to do your best.  We rise by lifting others, so let’s keep paying it forward.

Can’t wait to work with you.

xx

In 2023 I will create meaningful and engaging experiences. I will continue to do my best to inspire people to move more and act with purpose. I will invite our kids to be a part of group activities and conversations. We will talk about how to support each other as well as brands that do THEIR best to give back and motivate and educate others to do the same. I want to have conversations about the uncomfy stuff, and share necessary stories that people can relate to while learning how to process all the things that keep us stagnant. The things that hold us back are the scars that we keep hidden. They are the blocks that keep us from our goals. There is no reason we cannot get through things together with sweat, tears, and some deep breathing.

Motivation comes from within and I’m here to help you activate it.
