Choose a training style that feels right for you
I have been known in the industry as an at-home workout pro for years. All of my workouts are bodyweight inspired and easy to follow along. If you have equipment at home great, but I want to first teach you how to connect with your body. From there we can add the bells and whistles of weights, bands, TRX & cardio.
Yoga is not only a great recovery tool but can be a badass workout in itself. More of a fluid string of movements & poses vs my training classes but still bodyweight and strength inspired with added stretching and breathing. Balance & stabilization is one of the main factors to longevity.
Pilates is a very focused and particular way of movement that works your alignment and core. Again, very similar to everything else that I teach but this is the first modality to really show me that articulation of the spine has a HUGE influence of the development of dexterity and muscle development. The pace of pilates is what makes it so brutally difficult and incredibly effective. If you want to get toned, you must first learn how to recruit and fire in the proper movement patterns.
