MOBILITY - ability of a join to move actively through ROM

ROM - full movement potential of a joint - flexion and extension

FLEXIBILITY - ability of a muscle or muscle to lengthen through ROM

To begin start Facing the Anchor Point

1. Sun Salute - TRX POWER YOGA STYLE

Extended Mountain - Forward Fold - 1/2 lift - Inhale to Rise back - to Extended Mountain - Repeat 5x

2. Golf Rotation - Alternating Side for 6-8 REPS

Facing Away from the Anchor

3. Chest Stretch - 10x with Breath

4. Torso Stretch with Hip Flexor- 2x each side ALTERNATING with straight arms

Step Closer - 2x each side ALTERNATING with one arm bent into chest

5. TRX W3 - with knee drive 6-8 REPS

Facing the Anchor Point

6. Single Arm Golf Rotation - Alternating - REPEAT 5x

7. Wall Slides - with hands in the Foot Cradles - 10x

Standing Side Ways

8. Single Arm Torso Rotation from Squat - 10x Right Side Only

Facing the Anchor Point

9. Hack Squat - Curl Shoulders Over Hips - Stand - Press 10x

Standing Side Ways

10. Single Arm Torso Rotation from Squat - 10 x Left Side Only

11. Hinge - Lower Back and Hamstring Stretch

12. Low Back Stretch with Squat -shifting weight, alternating sides

13. Cossack Stretch
